Videoconferencing

Marigold member libraries have high-end videoconferencing equipment to access programs, to conduct meetings and to interact with other organizations beyond the walls of the library. Virtual meeting rooms are cost-effective for local businesses, distant education students, and others in the community.

Marigold Consultants and IT staff provide:
  • Programming support and training
  • Technical support for equipment, scheduling, and connecting sessions for the entire network and beyond
  • Marketing and promotional materials

Marigold Board, committees, and headquarters staff also take advantage of this technology to save travelling time and flight costs.
