Grant Connect, an innovative tool that provides detailed information on all Canadian grant-making foundations, hundreds of corporate community investment programs, and government funding programs is now available in your local library.

Michelle Toombs, Marigold CEO, notes that:  “Member libraries are frequently looking for funding and grant sources. In response, Marigold is providing Grant Connect, which will not only assist the member libraries, but also individuals and local community organizations seeking funding.”
Grant Connect is easy to use because of its search filters. For example, users can search by category depending on whether money is needed for a project or for operational funding; search by geographic location to find funders in a specific area; look for funding for a program for seniors by searching that age group or any other demographic, such as teens.

Check it out at your library. If you haven’t been to the library for a while you’ll be surprised at the many resources and materials offered. Talk to your librarian for more information on how to access this resource – or from within a Marigold member library log on to: -- see Fundraising and Grant Resources.
