2012 Theme is FANTASY and the program is IMAGINE
As its name suggests, this theme will familiarize young readers with literature of the fantastic. Readers will be charmed by fantasy stories and novels and they will be enthralled by tales of wonder. They will discover the Gothic and steampunk worlds where unusual creatures and strange machines can be found in mysterious locales.  - excerpt from TD Summer Reading Club 2012

Artist for 2012 Program
Dušan Petričić is an award-winning illustrator of more than forty books for children and young adults published in North America and Yugoslavia. His editorial cartoons regularly appear in The New York Times, Scientific American, The Wall Street Journal, and The Toronto Star. He lives in Toronto, Ontario.
