You never know when an issue will pop up or when your library will suddenly find the media calling. In the fall, Yellowhead Regional Library created some general guidelines for dealing with media and the public on issues like human resources, labour relations, crime, lawsuits, etc... Yellowhead kindly agreed to allow us to adopt this guide and share it with Marigold libraries. These guidelines follow the best practice for handling sensitive matters.
